It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kevin Keegan, the former England captain and manager. He announced last year that he had stage 5 cancer and was fighting it.
He was an excellent football player for Liverpool and Hamburg, who moved on to management in his later years. He changed the fortune of Newcastle United and even became the manager of the England football team.
But sadly, he lost his final battle, which was cancer and may he rest in peace.
